I'm a multidisciplinary designer with over 13 years of experience in the UX/UI field solving complex issues for startups in the healthcare, insurance, and financial fields. The funny thing is: I never formally studied design. I started designing for my high school newspaper and spent way too much time with my first love: GIMP (IYKYK). It wasn't until I was studying behavioral economics in Madrid that I found the power that lies within designing software and the science that influences the users behind it.
While I enjoy solving very complex problems with a strategic approach, what I tend to enjoy the most is collaborating with others to create solutions that have the power to positively change the lives of others by solving real problems. I thrive in ever-changing environments where challenges are ambiguous but the opportunity for impact is endless.
Although designing is and will always be part of my passion, I enjoy building, leading, and scaling UX/UI teams within organizations.
When I'm not designing, I'm either traveling with my family, color-grading music videos, or playing bass.
